What should schools do to help students who are victims of bullies?

               There are only so many things that a school to do that help students that are victims of bullies. These programs such as an open-door policy will help alleviate stress from bullies. Usually people bully others is to lower their confidence in themselves. Another outlet for schools to help students is a class to help build confidence in one self, when students who were victims of bullies build confidence so they won't have that problem of being bullied when they don't care about the opinion of bullies. Even though schools can't have many opportunities to help students but even a small amount of opportunities will be a colossal change to them in building confidence.
